Last summer, when I had just purchased the 70-200 2.8mm nikkor lens, we went to the lake to take photos of our Barbet in water. The joy of that lens is I could be far away, thereby protecting my camera for paying gigs, all the while capture the dogs in the water. One particular series of images of Cleo shaking was fascinating to see in post production as you can view where she begins her shake and how it reverberates from nose to tail.
We are ready for spring and summer! We can’t wait to get our Barbet in the water, take them boating, sailing, swimming, and perhaps some dock dogs competitions for fun.
