We’ve been out of town in Guatemala volunteering so Barbet blogging has been on the back burner for awhile. Now that we are back and adjusted to American life, it’s time to get back into the Barbet bloging groove.
Amelia or Lia to us is a very comical Barbet girl. She could be a class clown if she were a human. She is always finding a way to make us laugh. Her favorite spot to perch above the rest of our dog society is directly behind us on top of the couch cushion. She will sit here for hours watching all the dogs on the floor. Occasionally she will rest her head atop ours which makes moving difficult as she is so darn cute we hate to disturb her. Other times she will snooze the afternoon away up there with white paws outstretched in a cat nap kind of way.
Through the next couple of days I will try to capture her on her “throne” as we call it. so you can get a better idea of her queenly antics.
